James is the founder and lead pastor of The House Vegas, a vibrant and faith-filled community being planted in Las Vegas, Nevada. For over 20 years, he has dedicated his life to leadership, ministry, and seeing people flourish by finding family, exploring faith, choosing freedom, and building a future worth living.

In addition to leading The House Vegas, James is a spiritual development coach, the author of Loud Leadership: The Code That Carved My Character, and the creator of Flight Club and Better Blueprint, leadership and relationship frameworks impacting people across the nation. His dynamic speaking style, Holy & Hood, has made him a sought-after communicator for churches, leaders, athletes, and organizations.

James and his wife, Brittany, reside in Las Vegas with their two sons, Braxton and Grayson.
